Please allow 1-2 days processing time for your order to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email with  tracking information. 

• Free ground shipping on domestic orders and orders shipped to Canada over $75. 
• Standard shipping (3-5 business days) = $5.95
• Express shipping (1-2 business days) = $12.95
• Overnight shipping (orders placed before 1pm EST will deliver on the next business day)= $34.95
• International shipping (10-12 business days) = $9.95
  

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or on federal holidays.

Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

Note: shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. They will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.

Damaged or defective items
Please note that we do inspect all items before they are shipped.  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 48 hours of purchase.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

We accept returns and exchanges of unused items within 30 days from date of receipt. 

Please contact us at customercare@thelabelny.com and we will send you a return authorization number and a return shipping label. 

Returns will be subject to a fee of $5.95 per shipment to cover shipping costs.
